On June 11, 2007 Hogback gave the OK for archive.org:
"Hello, My name is Andy Sutphen, I'm in a band called Hogback,
and would like to have our name added to your list in the LMA.
I read that I must first contact you, I was halfway through the
ftp upload page when I read that I must first contact you. So
I have. We are a small 3 piece band out of Vermont, just looking
for some more exposure, and this is one great place to get it.
So I give permission to you to post our band name, and to allow
uploading of recordings of our shows, and whatever else I can
create and upload, considering I am the only one who will be
doing any uploading at all. I can guarantee that, at least for a
little while, unless we get a much bigger following than we have
now. Check out our band page @ www.myspace.com/hogback.
So where do I go from here, is there some sort of confirmation
email I'll recieve and then I can get to it? I'm psyched to see
our band's name up there next to all these other successful bands.
